* Listen not to respond but listen to understand. To acknowledge customer's dissatisfaction and come up with the best suitable resolution needed in their situation.
* Staying professional, no matter how upset or irate the customer is, it isn't personal. It is about their product/service they are unhappy about. Yet this can still be greatly influenced by their experience in sorting their matter with us. Make sure it's always excellent.
*Customer service also means being open to learn some technical language, at times this needs some researching for better understanding.

* Make calls to all types of overdue accounts and discuss an efficient flexible option that suits customer's financial situation.
* Develop strategies and structures that will make my work and my team's work effective and efficient.

* Achieve goals or targets set in a timely manner.
