I used to work at an motor insurance company, we manage their claim. Part of my role was to validate if the claim can be accepted or declined, follow up with different departments such as assessing team, sales, litigations ang invoices team, we also processed payment and also managed complaints and Im part of level 1 managers. Also had 2 years experience in sales as a travel expert. We organized and arrange travel itinerary from flights to hotel and activities. Experts in upsell and hard selling.
