• Oversee all aspects of investor/buyer/seller transactions

• Direct contacts with the clients, real estate agents, and vendors (Text, calls, emails) 
• Sending out documents to sign via Dotloop to clients, agents, and vendors
• Prepare written offers, listing packets, manage signatures
• Ensure document, file, and timeline compliance 
• Schedule  property showings,  contractors,  and inspections  to  move the  property  through our process efficiently
