I recently received a Social Media Management Certificate at Coursera. This is exciting for me: the opportunity to help various businesses grow their online presence.
With my customer service background, I know how to connect with a given audience and great support. My skills in data entry allow me to be more organized and can keep up with social media activities. I can work on content, schedule posts, track social media performance, and I can help build brand awareness.
