Customer Service, Sales Representative , Lead Generation

I worked as an Inbound Sales Representative in Chronos Strategies. Being Fronter for a more than one year then Chaser or Closer for more than one year. We offer back brace, knee brace, shoulder brace and wrist braces to a consumer through Medicare. Then calling doctor’s offices and get a prescription signed by a doctor. I also worked as an inbound Telesales for Sprint Individual Account for Consumers. Doing customer service with upselling.

Most of my sales experience , we need to do lead mining and prospecting clients . Either cold calling or searching leads online.

My very first job is an outbound agent, doing cold calling, offering credit card applications to consumers. I did both B2C and B2B campaigns. For B2C campaigns like home mortgage , food supplements , energy saving program , free coupons , auto and home insurance to consumers. Then B2B like US Directory - Online Yellow Page listing for small businesses. We offer free trial for first month then paid listing afterwards.

I handled Dodo Business account, it is a Telco company in Australia who offers fixed lines or landline, internet, broadband, 1300 and 1800 numbers to businesses . I worked as a lead generation agent, who’s calling businesses and set up an appointment with the Account Manager to discuss about the product we offer.

Part of being sales representative is prospecting , getting potential leads or customer and eventually turn them into sale.

I am working as a Customer Service , Sales Support Representative and Account Manager of Liberty Sport . We check their inventory and refresh their board with new frames. We also answer inquiries through emails, doing both inbound and outbound calls. We process almost everything, from payments, Rx order to frame orders. We offer sports eyeglasses, motorcycling, ophthalmic, swimming goggles, PPE frame and shooting glasses to optical shops.
