As an employee, i like to help my client achieve their goals in working the projects from the start until finished, complying the needs for each project such as coordinating with the manufacturers, distributers, technicians and building department and getting other responsibilities that the client is handling so that he can have time with his family and friends. Having me on his team, made everything at ease.

With that, I've been trained as guest service associate in a resort and hotel for 4 years and it really helped me understand what the customer needs&wants and addressing their concerns or complaints by attending it real time.
