Hello, I am a Customer Support Specialist and CS Collaboration Leader at Murata Phils.I have been working in the Sales Department for approximately 8 years as a Customer Support and almost a year as a CS Collaboration leader, I have learned a lot about how to do the job well, including how to manage my time efficiently and deal with customers’ needs and requests.I also gained valuable experience in managing people and leading teams. This has made me confident that I can successfully manage and communicate with the other people in ASEAN.But, before stepping into this position, I worked also as an Admin Staff, Inventory Clerk, and Procurement Staff in a Japanese Company. Working in the corporate world is fulfilling yet challenging.Looking ahead, I’m excited to continue developing my skills and playing an integral role in driving company growth.
