• Manage the process of booking and communication with guests, including responding to inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. • Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of all rental properties, including scheduling cleaning and maintenance services and addressing any issues. • Manage rental property listings and ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for maximum visibility and bookings. • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive bookings and revenue for the short-term rental business. • Continuously monitor and analyze rental property performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes as necessary.
