Profile Description

Since 2009, I have been working in an Administrative position in several fields. The latest was with one of the FM Radio Stations here in Cebu City under Manila Broadcasting Company for 7 years as an Admin Assistant, Station Traffic, Promo Personnel, and Digital Personnel. My responsibilities as Station Traffic were to implement the national and local commercial ads on air accurately based on its broadcast order and implementation memo. To prepare for discrepancies with missed spots or over-airing commercials and to submit the Certificate of Performance for commercial ad billing purposes. To transcribe scripts from English / Tagalog to Cebuano version for DJ live spiel or Announcer on Board and to prepare the Certificate of Translation. To convert, mix and edit tapes of commercials. I was the one responsible for addressing the Account Executive's concerns. To prepare the broadcast contract, certificate of performance, billing statement, and implementation memo for the local accounts. As Admin Assistant, my tasks were to prepare the employment contracts, payroll and other employee concerns. My tasks as a Promo Personnel were to supervise the raffle draw together with the DTI Representative who would validate the winners, to prepare the issuance of acknowledgement receipt and winners’ certificate. Lastly, as a Digital Personnel, my responsibilities were the digital promos.
