I worked in the BPO, supporting XFinity/Comcast, one of the largest broadband companies in the US, for five years. I am experienced in Technical, Sales, and Billing. I troubleshot issues with cable, internet, and telephone. On top of that, I also upsold products and services to customers, and addressed their billing concerns. I was an agent for a year and three months, then I got promoted as a coach. After a year and six months as a coach, I applied for a supervisory role. With my great performance in driving customer and employee satisfaction, I became a supervisor. I am prepared to take my experience in technical and leadership to the next level. Customer service is my forte, but I am always open to growth by indulging myself to other opportunities. I am young, coachable, and easy to get along with.
