Worked closely with our accounting team for employee payroll, overtime pay, salary increase, leave utilization, final/separation pay etc. Created employee salary for each department and line of businesspay thru online banking systems.

Closely worked with a content writer to create daily post for our Lending project managing the Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram). Directed content to our creative department, workrd closely for the visual adaptation of the content and schedule the marketing post in applications like Hootsuite and Buffer. Analyzed the organic reach through the Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics page to create the post for the following month.

Handled all HR concerns for our Lending and Offshore Gaming Business Outsourcing projects including but not limited to Terminating an employee, mediating employee benefits such as Bereavement/Maternity/Peternity benefits.
