Customer Service Representative, Escalation Especialist

In my less than 10 years of experience in customer service I have managed to deal with different type of customers from calm, irate, and frustrated. All situations are almost the same, they all need an assistance with their account maintenance. This made me enhance my ability to read hard billing concern, able to review contract terms or agreement, able to perform basic troubleshoot on most general concern.

As an escalation specialist and case manager, we always keep in touch via email. With my experience I managed to create a simple template that will make me sound professional and trustworthy that represents the business.

With my experience for less than 5 years as chat specialist. I have encountered multiple scenarios, most of the time these chatters do not have a time to make a phone call and are expecting a quick response or resolution. This experience has enhanced my reading comprehension, my wpm, and English communication skills.
