I've learned how to setup or create new macros/templates for our email team which they can use to assist and resolve customer issues/concerns. I've also learned to personalize my email responses to ensure that it addresses the customer inquiry/concern directly.

I've trained new agents for live chat support by providing them with tips and best practices on how to correctly address and resolve a customer's issue/concern in one transaction. I always keep in mind that chat support is like phone support except that you do not need to wait on the phone for the customer's response. I prefer chat support since the interactions are real-time and you do not need to wait for a few hours or even days to get the customer response to resolve their issues/concern.
Experience: 1 - 2 years
I've learned how to be more attentive to details and making sure that all entries that I'm entering are accurate and are input correctly into the order processing system. Data entry is not easy since you have to make sure that the information you are entering are correct to avoid complaints or returns from customers.
