Profile Description

I started my journey in the BPO Industry way back 2019, where I was hired as a cold caller for a real estate account where I handled both inbound and outbound calls to determine a lead and set up an appointment for the sales team. I did cold calling for four years both, before I transitioned to being a team leader for a year and a half, (virtually)
I have also been a follow up specialist for six months, still for the real estate account. (virtually)
Years of working in this industry have gained me a great command of the English language, thus allow me to work smoothly with everyone. Aside from learning the language, I am
able to equip myself skills that are fundamental such as interpersonal skills that allow me to lead and manage a team; computer skills especially word processing,
spreadsheets and responding to emails. Working with different people have developed both my personal and professional skills and strengthen my work ethics.
