Virtual Assistant

I started at a BPO company in the Philippines as a Tier 1 Tech Support agent. I quickly showed that I could learn and adapt, which got me promoted to email and chat support only three months after I started working there full-time. As part of this job, I replied quickly to emails and real-time chats from customers in the United States who had questions about their services. My skill at handling these communications ensured that problems were solved quickly and correctly, increasing total customer satisfaction.

I've worked in the BPO business in the Philippines for a long time. I started as a Tier 1 Tech Support representative for a telecommunications account, helping customers with internet and other services. Troubleshooting and fixing simple connectivity problems was part of my job. I made sure customers were happy by solving problems quickly. I was promoted to Tier 2 Advanced Technical Support because of how well I did my job and how knowledgeable I was in technology. In this role, I was responsible for more difficult tasks, such as connecting customers' homes to central office equipment in different states across the United States so that they could connect to the internet easily and reliably.

Running an academic service business through a Facebook page, where I help students from all over the world with their homework and projects, has helped me get better at academic writing. I'm better at researching, writing, and editing a lot of different kinds of academic material now that I've had this experience. I've trained my attention to detail to make sure that all of my work meets the high standards set by my professors and the needs of my clients. Being able to explain complicated ideas in a clear and concise way has helped me regularly give my clients high-quality work that meets their needs.

I possess strong content creation skills, evidenced by a video I published that has garnered over half a million views. This experience shows that I can make material that is interesting, powerful, and relevant to a wide audience. I'm sure that these skills can be used well for advertising, which will have a big impact on my clients' future businesses by making them more visible online and helping them reach more customers.

Having earned an education in Human Resources, I have a strong understanding of how to handle different HR tasks, such as hiring, managing employees, making sure they do their jobs well, and following labor laws. The education I've had gives me the information and skills I need to support and improve workforce operations, creating a positive and productive work environment. I'm good at following HR policies and procedures, and I want to encourage employee engagement and the success of the company.

Although I have not yet held a formal job in social media marketing, I have developed relevant skills by managing an online business focused on academic commissions. I learned how to efficiently market my skills, interact with customers, and create an online presence through this project. I have also taken online classes at HubSpot Academy and earned a certificate that helped me understand social media marketing tools and tactics even better. Having both formal education and hands-on experience has given me the confidence and skills to do well in social media marketing jobs.

I am an expert as a customer service representative as I developed and learned how to deal with a wide range of customer attitudes and actions in a professional way that follows company rules. I learned from this experience how important it is to stay calm and patient, even when things get tough. I'm good at giving customers clear directions on how to fix technical problems, especially ones that have to do with physical connectivity. Because I can speak clearly and relate to customers, I make sure they feel supported and understood, which helps me solve problems and make customers happier.
