As a QAA, my responsibilities encompass reviewing calls to ensure that all representatives perform their duties adequately. • Answering incoming call from nurses, doctors and authorized representative from their organization to check their submitted claims. • Inform clients/providers of the denial reason of the claim submitted. • Providing and guiding them on how to submit claim reconsideration and appeal to make sure that the claim will be paid. • Providing excellent assistance to the providers with regards to the clients benefits and medical coverage. • Helping providers in submitting an authorization request on behalf of the clients. • Reviewing and posting paid claims and denial reason.
