I have extensive and solid experience in accessing exclusive tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe, Applied Epic, AMS360, Nexsure, QQ Catalyst, EZLynx, and more, ensuring that all tasks placed by the clients are processed and submitted with 99% quality and accuracy. Besides that, I am sending emails, text messages, and proposals to various clients, underwriters, carriers, insureds, lenders, and other third parties. I am also entering data from different documents into the computer system for purposes such as storage processing and data management; transcribing, adding, or updating customer information; computing premiums; and entering accounting records; endorsing, renewing, canceling, and quoting insurance policies.
