Bilingual CSR (Mandarin) / Chinese Mandarin Teacher

I have worked as a customer support representative for a luxury retail online shop where I cater customers' concerns such as delayed orders, damaged items, refunds, etc. I would surely consider myself very skilled in terms of communicating with customers.

I may not have had a direct job position in data entry but as a former teacher and a former CSR, data entry and processing is a norm in our tasks. We regularly collect and gather information from our clients, sorting, filing and organizing all sorts of files. We also regularly do report submissions to our leaders. I can say that my level of accuracy in this field is high because I personally am afraid of making mistakes in data entry and processing because I understand that a mistake can lead to a breach of the company's data or info, or worse is a breach of the client's information and privacy. That said, I pay high attention all the time.

I have been a full-time teacher, both online and face-to-face setup. I am very strict with my class but loving and caring at the same time. I would always make sure my students actually learn and understand what I am discussing, making sure to be as detailed as possible.
