Timely processing of payroll and sales commission in accordance with guidelines to ensure audit readiness for payroll process. Timely remittances to government entities for tax and social contributions i.e. SSS, Phil health and Pag-ibig. Prepare Certificate of Tax Withheld, Alpha list, SSS/Phil health/Pag-ibig Premium Contribution Lists and other external reports to government institutions.

Process payment to suppliers and contract hires timely and accurately and in accordance with the guidelines to ensure audit readiness and controls are applied in disbursements. Resolve overdue accounts of suppliers and accounts payable issues. Analyze assigned balance sheet accounts and doing monthly root cause analysis on the payment timeliness result to determine areas that need more focus and improvement.

Managed the monthly financial report to ensure financial issues are identified early, clearly analyzed, and supported by clear recommendations for corrective actions. This includes monthly reporting of operational results through financial reports and analysis (Actual versus Plan), update of financial outlook, highlighting risks and opportunities and assisting the management in identifying the roadmap to close the gap.

Same as Business or Internal Controls. Establish, drive and maintain IBM's framework of internal controls, including coordination of scorecards and management reviews. Provide education and consulting on the required control mechanisms related to existing and/or new processes. Lead independent proactive / walkthrough / process reviews, give expert advice, identify problem areas and offer recommendations.
