Working as an accounting staff has helped me learn to be keen to details in order to work with accuracy and precision. It has also made me value the integrity of my work and the data entered in the accounting software.
Here's what I can do to help you:
Daily Transactions - Creating transactions for daily income and daily expenses
Accounts Receivable - Invoicing, Receiving Payments, Verifying Payments and Outstanding Invoices
Accounts Payable - Receive Vendor Bills and create a Payable Bills for it in our books, verify vendor statements and reconcile it with our books in order to avoid double payments and incurring penalties, initiating payment process
Reconciliation - Weekly, Monthly or on as-needed basis Bank Reconciliation, Creating necessary Journal entries to balance the bank and books
Reports - Running Profit and Loss and Income Statement Reports
