Profile Description

• Computer hardware and software.• Physical network specifications: high-speed copper, fiber optic, and wireless.• CISCO: routers, switches, firewalls, wireless devices, and access technologies.• Firewalls: Cisco ASA, Checkpoint Firewall, Palo Alto Firewall, Juniper SRX Firewall, Fortigate Firewall.• Juniper MX Series Routers.• Wireless: Aruba Wireless, Cisco Wireless.• Extensive experience in the installation and commissioning of Telco services, access and core equipment, including Broadband (DSL and Wireless), SDH, Ethernet, and TDM.• Extensive experience in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Telco services and equipment.• Good project management skills and problem-solving skills.• In-depth knowledge of IP Networks both LAN and WAN, Routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP), Switching (VLAN and Private VLAN, Spanning Tree, Port-channel, Switch port configuration, HSRP, VRRP).• Zscaler.• Experience in troubleshooting different technologies like MPLS, VPN, Metro Ethernet, DSL, Multilink, Wireless, and Wide Area Optimization.• Experience with equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Riverbed, Alcatel, and Juniper.
