• CUSTOMER SERVICE/TECHNICAL SUPPORT/SALES ASSOCIATE: Providing accurate resolution and exceptional customer service has been my forte and my daily bread with my 14 years of experience in the BPO Industry. I've worked with accounts such as Hewlett-Packard, Earthlink, Expedia, Delta Airlines, Aetna Healthcare, and Infotracer. I deal with the concerns of my customers and clients with the utmost urgency and quality through all forms of communication - Phone, Chat, and Email. I can easily adjust to the personalities of my customers and clients. I have an excellent command of English whether it be voice or written. I enjoy interacting with people and get a fulfilling and deep sense of satisfaction when solving problems or helping customers/clients out in one way or another.
• ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS: Through my course of experience, I am well-equipped with knowledge regarding CRM, Data Entry, Email Support Handling, Microsoft Office tools, Google Drive, Dropbox, Zendesk, Hubstaff, and such. I acquire a speed of 70-82 words per minute. I have submitted projects and materials through the use of Microsoft Office tools - Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Adobe, and such and I am well-familiar with how to use online and real-time tools such as CRM, Google Drive, Dropbox, and such.
• PROMOTION: I used to work for the Department of Tourism in the Province of Bukidnon and was one of the promotional representatives for the said Office. Handling Tours, Providing information about the history, purpose, and architecture of a site, and arranging itineraries for daily/weekly activities for the guests. 
• TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT: I have several pieces of training that I aced and not just in the BPO Industry but as well on my previous work experience. I was able to successfully and single-handedly handle a week-long Medical Mission consisting of 150 Filipino/Foreign Doctors, Nurses, and volunteers who were based mostly in the United States. I am the type of person who motivates people around me while pushing myself to do my best. I always ensure that I would have every work done correctly and accurately that would exceed and surpass the expectations of my seniors. It has been my ultimate pledge to always set the bar high.
• GENERAL MANAGEMENT: Management in General, whether it be Human Resources, Operations, or Training and Development, has been my focus of expertise for almost 3 years. Through years of experience in this industry, my skills have been honed properly to be able to handle growing big, small, or even starting businesses/companies. I was a General Manager for a growing small business which had me by their side from the beginning. As a General Manager for different fields of departments - HR, Recruitment, Operations, and Accounting, I have been exposed to appropriate skill sets that would make me excel in any tasks provided.
• PERSONALITY: I am used to working in a fast-paced environment and have a highly developed ability to stay focused when the pressure rises. I am a fast learner and I am open to suggestions and comments that will help in future development. I always believe that learning is a never-ending process. I am a positive thinker and open-minded person who will do my best to complete the goals being set. I am reliable and punctual and will work twice as hard to meet the necessary goals and exceed them as much as possible.
