I am an freelancer with 5 years of professional experience in my field (Customer Service representative turned Internal Accuracy Auditor) where my job responsibilities is providing elegibility, benefits and the status of the claims and if pre authorization is required after 3 months I check the behaviour of the agent during the call and provide feedback using microsoft excel and tools in the company and send it through email when the agent is not around I assure that I will be the one who will callback on behalf to provide accurate details to providers.
