I have a broad knowledge of US health insurance protocols and standard operating procedures. I am HIPAA-trained and certified.
I have experience working with companies in obtaining prior authorization requests, prescription refills, doctor’s appointments, and scheduling, and I have vast knowledge of insurance terminologies and procedures. Referrals, as well as coordination of benefits and medical claims processing and billing.
