I'm currently working as HR Coordinator. Setting up and maintaining an employee's personnel files.
Updating both manual and electronic personnel records.
Making sure that all records are accurate.
Make offer letters, warning letters and certificates of employment.
Make the attendance report (Daily, Weekly and Monthly)
Arranging and doing interviews. Maintain and update company databases Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letter, fax, and forms. Order office supplies and research new deals and supplies. Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers and contractors.
