Profile Description

I’m a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship. I worked in BPO Companies for almost six years as a Customer Service Specialist. I handled 2 US accounts which is AT&T Uverse and McAfee. My job was to answer hundreds of calls everyday, more on answering customer’s inquiries, sales and retention. While working in BPO I’m a consistent Top Agents of the company. After working in BPO, I dUpgrade to see actual info to try working from home. That’s where I applied for virtual assistant jobs. I worked as an Ebay and Amazon lister. I also worked in customer service for eCommerce, it’s more on processing online orders, tracking orders, tracking sales and more and sometimes calling customers also. I also have a background as a Marketing Specialist, like posting articles and ads. After that, I worked as  an Operational Manager for a known logistic company. Then I also worked as a General Manager of one of the prestigious hotel, resort and restaurant here in my location. And now I’m back on looking for job as a virtual assistant and I know I will be one of the best asset of your team and company.

I was an Operational Manager for a logistic company and hotel. I also worked as a customer service representative. Then I worked as an executive assistant (remotely), I usually took care of his business. I also did booking for a travel agency (VA), and I also worked as a payroll manager (VA). I believed all of this experience will help me to be efficient on the job that you're offering. I can see that I am a perfect fit on this position.
