Profile Description

In my almost 5years of work experience in a company, I have gained a lot of skills that helped me and molded me as an individual and as an employee. I have learned office and administrative jobs, my computer skills were improved, and my communication skills and customer service skills also improved as my work requires me to talk to clients and address their queries and complaints with regard to the claim they are filing. I used to work alone in the department I was assigned to and I can confidently say that my management skills and problem-solving skills were also improved at times when clients tend to act in an inappropriate way and when I received complaints I was able to deal with the matter successfully.
