I have been a Sales Associate for a small start up company doing telemarketing for one year.
Because of these, I was able to instil and maintain a delivery of high standard service, which helps me identify my own needs of improvement.
I was working also as an Executive Collection for almost six months. My expertise is in Executive Collection doing administrative tasks. I'm good in performing accurate web search, managing emails, as well as corresponding with the clients of other businesses that I may be required to speak with in behalf of the firm. I have managed a home based team of customer support with a local based client which is my most recent job experience. As stated on the summary of my skills, I am pretty much flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. You can depend on me that I will never abandon a task and you won't have a hard time contacting me. You'll find that this is why I am efficient; I'll always be there at your beck and call.
In any case you would require me to learn a specific program for this job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training Upgrade to see actual info fact, I might as well learn it myself, like most programs that I know now. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
