Furthermore, my experience as an Administrative/Office Assistant at Brothers of the Sacred Heart Center has equipped me with strong organizational and communication skills. I was responsible for creating payrolls, scheduling appointments, and providing assistance to the manager. I handled phone inquiries and effectively managed customer requests.
I am proficient in a wide range of tools and software, including Follow up Boss, Trello, Slack, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Outlook, Skype, Zoom, Google Classroom, MS Word, MS Teams, Office 365, Google Docs, Google Drive, Shopify, Acuity, KEAP, One Drive, SharePoint, Excel, Powerpoint, and Zoho. My familiarity with these tools allows me to adapt quickly to new software environments and work efficiently.
