With extensive experience - almost a decade- in Commitment Assessing and Keying for Real Estate/Mortgage Refinance at a reputable BPO Company. I bring valuable expertise to the refinancing process. A home is more than just a dwelling; it’s a financial asset. Refinancing can serve as a strategic means to capitalize on this asset, offering various advantages such as obtaining cash, lowering monthly payments, or reducing the duration of the loan, all tailored to meet individual financial objectives.

I specialized in biometric data capture within the corporate realm, particularly for the Social Security System. I was responsible for handling sensitive information stored in a database for a government institution. My tasks included capturing faces, signature specimens, thumb marks, and personal data, following the International Standards Organization metric.

This was my main skill. I used to encode documents for printing, school manuals, or pop sheets, capture confidential biometric data, and input key commitments for real estate refinance processes. I can type at a minimum speed of 35 words per minute and can exceed 55 words per minute, depending on the data I'm entering.

I used to work as an online researcher for a CEO who was launching his website. My responsibilities included creating content, adding products, and researching lawyers for his legal issues. This was a project-based online job that lasted for 3 months.

I have a passion for writing. While I will utilize free tools for grammar checking and some AI tools to enhance my writing, I assure you that my personal thoughts will bring life to the writing. This is one of my dormant skills that needs a trigger.

Although I lack direct experience in this field, I have completed training via an online academy. My proficiency in English, bolstered by regular conversations with my niece, my sister's husband, and various English-speaking friends, instills confidence in my potential to succeed in the industry.

I have a passion for graphic design. Editing photos for real estate listings is just one aspect of this field, and I find it quite straightforward. Moreover, available tools today that simplify this process are elsewhere including user-friendly drag-and-drop options.

I love graphic design. I enjoy mixing colors and matching styles to complement the theme of the graphics. I believe I can quickly adapt to using other graphic design tools if given the opportunity and training. My greatest asset for this skill is my love for it. I feel like I'm not working everytime I'm doing it. I know I will be competent in this as I progress along the way.

I really enjoy using Canva and exploring all of its amazing features. I'm proud to say that I received a Certificate of Acknowledgment for creating 50 designs using their platform.
