I am an HR Assistant at a construction company in Cebu. I am in charge in hiring & recruitment, payroll making & employee relation. I conduct initial interview to potential applicants & assist new hired employees for the onboarding process. I also prepare & process the semi-monthly payroll of admin staff & engineers. I perform timekeeping & checking of DTR for accuracy, apply leave credits & deduct mandatory government deductions. I am a computer savvy, I use MS Word & Excel all the time. In addition to this, before I got hired with my current job I worked at a BPO industry. I had training, took assessments & exams, applied for an account, & luckily I got an account with a US network provider & took calls for several months.
