I started as an agent in a BPO company way back 2015 as a Technical Support Representative, and been receiving rewards and certificates for being a top agent. Right after a years I got promoted to be a Workforce Management Real-Time Analyst. I submit productivity reports, Staffing reports, attendance, monitoring the queue, and working with the schedules of all employees. Right after a year, I joined a leadership program training and I got promoted to be a Team Leader and handled 27 agents. I can really use all my knowledge and skills to help us grow as a team, and I am looking forward to work with you soon and to make the Vision and Mission of your company into reality.
