Hello! Greetings!I am Upgrade to see actual info , an Architect / 3D Visualizer based in the Philippines, with various experience working in the Architecture and planning industry. Well-versed in 3D realistic rendering using soft wares like( VRAY, LUMION ) conceptualizing designs, presentation programs to producing Architectural layouts and concept boards Architectural drafting working drawings estimating of local projects and bill of quantities.
By working in a firm that caters international clients ' I am exposed to overseas projects and was able to contribute with the planning of buildings and site layouts of projects like( Water treatment plants , Mountain Pumping stations , Culverts , BOQ's for Architectural , electrical and Mechanical layouts ) With this I became aware of how these drawings are presented to global projects.
