Newer experiences with legal firms;
Requesting medical bills and records froUpgrade to see actual infodical facility through portals, MRO, Chartswap, Ciox, fax, and emails.  And drafting demand mostly for vehicle aUpgrade to see actual info, slip and fall, molds, dog bites, and other similar personal injury cases.

Older experiences;
I have experience working as a Legal Assistant for Personal Injury cases in some Law Firms in California States. I have experienced handling documents for objecting and calendaring to deposition subpoenas, motion to quash, expert designations, Court Management Statements, and the like.
Usually, these Law Firms are provided with ERP or CRM software that acts as a tool, process, and client data filing. The software processes those templates and stores files (like court documents, discoveries, motions, and other miscellaneous) and when tasked to generate pleading documents, I pull-out templates from it to fill-up the necessary data like the plaintiff's/defendants' details, case numbers, locations, etc.
I was also tasked to review deposition subpoenas, determining limitations as to time and scope and dUpgrade to see actual info whether to object or not, sending via email meet and confer letters to defense counsels for subpoenas and later draft the official objections and serving these out the defendant counsels and the subpoena companies. After the objections, motions to quash are then prepared and saved to a server which will also be checked by the handling attorneys/CM/Supervisors before being filed to the designated court portals. I was responsible for monitoring the due dates of these subpoenas, sending the meet and confer letter and serving the official objections before due dates.
By handling these documents, we are constantly in contact with the handling attorneys or Case Managers.
