Profile Description

I have 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or a subcontract email support for an E-Commerce business located in the US. I also worked as a part-time subcontract maintenance coordinator for a real estate business for 3 months.  With those experiences, I learned several tools such as Salesforce as our CRM, Zendesk as our ticketing service provider, Slack, Microsoft Suite, etc. Aside from those tools, I built my work ethic. I am also a detail-oriented and customer-oriented person. Providing good quality customer service through email is my niche and I'd love to learn new things and adapt to different environments to improve my flexibility in all aspects.
