Profile Description

I have been with Sales for over 5 years. My recent role is an SDR/BDR (2 years and 4 mos) for a science video publishing. In this role, I Collaborate with Sales Account Managers set opportunities in the pipeline and to advance the sales process. I have been doing outreach via calls and emails working with academics in higher Education as well as researchers across the USA and APAC. As an SDR, I was responsible in setting meetings/appointments with users, and decision makers and also conducting phone or and online demos introducing the platform/service to gain recommendations and increase usage. Making sure to log relationships, touchpoints, trials, and recommendations in CRM (used HubSpot and SalesForce and LinkedIn Sales Nav). KPIs are set to be achieved every quarter. Prior my SDR role, I was a senior faculty support specialist supporting academics for their teaching needs. This includes addressing customer related concerns and conducting online demo. I was also an outbound tele sales agent for one year and seven months. Throughout my career, I have been working closely with sales professionals in renowned publishing companies in the world and in which I have gained experience with the sales processes, business etiquette and becoming a team player. I am hardworking and eager to take new heights for my personal and professional growth.
