Profile Description

I have over 7 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative before I become a Virtual Assistant. For 2 years now working as a VA, I have developed and honed my skills in multi-tasking and working from home. I was able to manage social media accounts for a client, email management e.g responding to and sending emails to prospected leads, answering inquiries. I also worked with medical billing company where I was able to handle claims, denials, and collections. I also have worked with an Amazon client where I handle Amazon posts, customer reviews, product listing, keyword research. I always believe that everything can be learned and that I have a hunger for learning because this will put me in a better career in the future.
