To share with you my experience, I have a more than10 years working experience in the recruitment industry. Currently I am working in one of the known Construction company AECOM Philippines as one of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator for almost 2 years. I am one of the pioneer in the team Talent Acquisition to support EMEA- UK and Ireland for scheduling candidates. My main task is to make sure that all interview takes place with no errors and escalations. In addition, part of my task is a process improvement, weekly report and monthly reporting.  Prior AECOM, I worked with ASC Global Recruitment as a Senior Recruiter for 4 years.  Then my previous work was in AsiaLink Finance Corp and TCS Manpower Services which is also related in the Recruitment ( End to end Recruitment/ Full cycle Recruitment.

I was also Certified ISO Internal Auditor. Knowledgeable in job boards in posting job advertisements and sourcing candidates local or international job boards. I have Linkedin account that has 5000 plus connections. I am also keen to use different platforms like Kenexa Brass Ring, CRM , ZOHO, ATS, HRIS 
and Taleo. 

I am passionate and hard working. I am hunger for additional knowledge that may help me to grow to my chosen career which is in the Recruitment.
