data or encode data related to the customer, pricing, finish goods, and raw
materials.

Issues troubleshooting customer problems or concerns. Coordinating with other
departments to resolve complex issues. Providing solutions or alternative
options to meet customer needs.
Documentation
and Reporting documenting customer interactions and maintaining records for
future reference and preparing reports on customer feedback, issues, and
resolutions.
