Been part of HR for more than 8 years, HR and Admin Officer. I am responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations, manages the administration of the policies, procedures and programs of the organization or assigned plant.
1.Talent Management -
- The one who utilizes applicable sourcing channels to ensure continuous supply of qualified applicants.
- Extensively coordinates with different agencies to post job vacancies and participate in job fairs, conducts new hire orientation.
- Prepares requisition of necessary equipment and tools for efficient onboarding of newly hired employees, conducts
- Exit Interview.
- Analyzes and recommends interventions brought about by the results of exit interview.
2. Performance Management - Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Identifies and partners with management on training needs for employees.
3. Compensation and Benefits - Facilitates government mandated benefits for employees.
4. Employee Engagement / Corporate Social Responsibility - Acts as PIC (Person-In-Charge) of HR department in conceptualizing, monitoring, executing and evaluating different employee programs. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
