Profile Description

I have been in the BPO industry for almost 2 years; more than a year as an agent and was assigned to be one of the matrix managers for 4 months. When I was an agent, we are calling people to do surveys, like political surveys, healthcare, and many more. As an assistant matrix manager, my task is to help my team lead in validating our agents' attendance for their salaries.
I am also working for a client with multiple businesses. I am the purchasing head of two of the companies that he owned and an administrative assistant as well.
I am well-organized and goal-oriented. I always ensure that my clients' needs are met with as minimal flaws as possible and that everything is done within the time frame given. I am highly trainable and I finish tasks with the utmost quality.
