Profile Description

Part-time Faculty Instructor in ME Department of Malayan Colleges Mindanao - a Mapua School from December 2020 up to present. Handles Refrigeration System, Fluid Machineries and Vibration Engineering Courses. I'm also a Senior Project Engineer in ISH Business Solutions from June 2019 to February 2021.
In project engineering I gather and evaluate necessary documents needed in preparation to proceed with the control system design and engineering. Request additional documents as needed. Read and understand thoroughly the Mechanical-Electrical specifications provided for the project. Coordinate with the Project Manager for preparation of design and submittal of documents and drawings for the proposed BMS Upgrade to see actual infosign building automation systems for standard facilities like office buildings and/or critical environment facilities such as data centers, laboratories, or Upgrade to see actual infolect control products, components, applications, and systems. Provide functional descriptions, network topology, device/equipment schedules, points list, schematic diagrams, and other pertinent project submittal documents. Coordinate submittals for the assigned controls projects.
Also work with Programming and Graphics for Programming and Installation of Sauter controllers using the Sauter CASE Upgrade to see actual infosign and Build graphics for HMI, front ends and/or dashboards using Sauter CASE Vision. Create configuration for the graphics to be installed in the Sauter Vision Center and set-up other necessary requirements for the front-end (e.g. energy management module, set-up HDA, combined charts).
I also cater remote commissioning support. Coordinate with Controls Technicians to support third party commissioning as needed. Troubleshooting of BMS problems (backend and frontend). Ensure material and equipment is installed on a customer’s site per drawings. Remote commissioning support by coordinating point-to-point checkouts to ensure connectivity between field devices and controllers. Assist with Hardware/Software calibration as required. Assist with Hardware/Software calibration as required. Assist with Hardware/Software calibration as required.
Lead the DLP operations and maintenance. Provides technical support to clients. Review and monitor BMS operations and list any defects found. Troubleshooting of BMS problems (backend and frontend). Create and submit DLP report as required. Ensure its control functionalities and make necessary software modifications to ensure mechanical systems operate as designed. SVC management. Keep system up to date in terms of software/firmware. Overall, I collaborate with the project managers, engineers and support staff.
I was also a Process Documentation and Technical Training Officer in ISH Business Solutions from June 2018 to June 2019. I was assigned and focused on the conception and documentation of specified training manuals, functional descriptions, and project designs before endorsing to the programming team. Working out the QA for the programming codes and BMS graphics design before the commissioning of the projects.
Prior to those mentioned above, I started as a Building Optimization Operator. I was assigned and focuses in the field of HVAC Engineering and Energy Optimization. Under the BMS Programming and Graphics Design my skills in programming of codes for controllers and designing of graphics for the Building’s BMS was being enhanced and developed. I learn different system integration such as the BACnet protocols and networking of the Building Automation. I was trained also to different BMS platform such as the Sauter Controls, EasyIO Sedona, and Niagara Tridium.
