With over a decade of experience as a customer care professional, I have honed my skills in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and effective manner.

My career trajectory allowed me to wear many hats as I progressed from a Process Associate to a Virtual Assistant to an E-commerce, Real Estate, Property Management, and Lead Generation company. In these roles, I successfully handled various day-to-day admin tasks, streamlined processes, and improved performance via management.
