Profile Description

I worked in the BPO industry for 10 years and spoke with foreigners from different Upgrade to see actual info my previous company, there were instances when they sent me to different places and lived with Canadians, Indians, Americans, etc. I even trained people as a Products Specific Trainer and even spoke with different clients. I handled accounts from retention, billing, and sales. Sold T.V., internet, shoes, clothing line, shoes, etc.
I gained skills on how to use MS Word, MS Excel & also MS PowerPoint since I do reporting with my previous company. Right now, I have a part-time job managing social media marketing on Facebook, LinkedIn, Meetup, and also in YouTube. At the same time, I'm a freelance video editor for 7 years creating a wide variety of videos from promotional videos, ads, social media videos (such as IGTV, Twitter, and Facebook), intro videos, animations, and podcasts as well.
