I was trained in the BPO industry in the Philippines and worked as a customer service
representative for US and EMEA region for almost 7 years and I have now been
working as a Virtual Assistant for almost 4 years. My previous employment was
with Medpro Disposal, I was one of the customer support and my task is to
respond to calls, tickets and chats regarding medical and hazardous waste
disposal.

am employed as a receptionist/admin and my responsibilities include answering
calls, replying to text messages and
tasks.
