I have three years of experience as a Virtual Assistant and  Customer Service Representative (CSR) across two reputable companies, where I honed my ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high satisfaction levels. In addition to my CSR role, I have also worked as an Appointment Setter, scheduling and managing client appointments while maintaining clear communication and coordination with various stakeholders.  I am also hired as a Real Estate Virtual assistant, managed and maintained a portfolio of residential/commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and timely property upkeep.

I am skilled in dealing with problems in a resourceful
manner and negotiating to achieve beneficial agreement. I am a reliable, trustworthy
individual who can learn new skills easily and execute
them swiftly.
