Profile Description

*Perform accounting and some tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions. Handling different locations in Europe like Germany, Holland, UK, Spain, Daniel, Swiss Sales and Italy accounts.
  - review invoices and check requests
  - sort and match invoices and check request
  - set invoices up for payment
  - prepare and process accounts payable                  wire transfers payments
  - reconciliation of payments
  - prepare analysis of accounts
  - monitor accounts to ensure payments are            up to date
  - resolve invoice discrepancies
  - vendor file maintenance/assist vendor set            up
  - correspond with vendors and respond to              inquiries
  - produce monthly reports
  - assist in month end closing

* has attended E-Commerce training shopify,         fb ads, product research)
* knowledgeable in general accounting                     procedures/systems(Sage X3,ORACLE R12,
   JD Edwards and SAP)
* knowledgeable in relevant computer                     applications
