- I'm a senior media buyer and have been working with the same partner full time for around 4+ years and currently looking for a change of scenery. I've experienced managing over 2 million dollars in spend in the last 4 years with this partner and over 7 million dollars total spend cumulatively with other contracts for around 6+ years of total of media buying experience using FB ads, Tiktok and Google. - In the course of my stay in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Company - ETELECARE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, I was assigned to do inbound and outbound telemarketing for Sprint-Nextel where the product was selling mobile phones and services to small, medium to a large scale businesses in the US. I was able to close down a number of deals for the client through careful selection of business that may require mobile service to promote and help market their product or service and became one of the top sellers of the company. I developed several key skills such as telemarketing in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer settings. I always ensure that prescribed results are delivered depending on campaign requirements, attendance issues are controlled and to report to work as assigned, required needed by the campaign on time and displays professionalism, zeal, and delivers positive customer experience in handling calls.
- In a Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) company- PSG Global Solutions, I was the pioneer Lead Generation Specialist, I was tasked to qualify and generate potential leads provided by our clients where we made outbound calls and contacted key decision makers of different companies and asked several qualifying questions that would help our client determine if a potential lead would be a strategic partner. Once the leads qualify, it was up to us to set the meeting or conference call between the two parties, many of which became successful partnership deals. Business grew till PSG acquired additional LeadGen seats in the company and I was tasked to mentor the other seats handling different accounts. I was then promoted to level 4 Senior recruiterand tasked to source, qualify, recruit, direct recruit and place candidates for numerous staffing and Project Management. I’m the team POC; involved in supervising team compliance, I've maintained a positive professional relationship to my clients and to my company by providing solutions focused initiatives such as effectively handling a process improvement project for my account thus clients reached to me and got me as a consultant.
