My primary responsibility is to ensure that the deliveries scheduled for the following day proceed smoothly and accurately. Additionally, I have access to verify the weight of the trucks designated for use. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and effective communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with both drivers and clients.
I also have experience with inbound and outbound calling to provide updates on deliveries. This aspect of my role involves keeping customers informed about the status of their deliveries, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses to any inquiries or concerns they may have.
