Profile Description

*Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a
timely manner.
*Handle customer inquiries both telephonic-ally and by email.
*Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.
*Manage and resolve customer complaints.
*Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise.
*Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
*Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way. Enter new customer information into system. Process orders, forms and applications.
*Identify and escalate priority issues. Route calls to appropriate branches and department.
*Document all call information according to the company’s standard operating procedures.
*Produce weekly reports of sales and prepare monthly presentation.
*Perform admin tasks and execute results.
